As I posted earlier, why I do not use talcum powder for my kids and how harmful they are for their skin and respiratory system. Getting a haircut for Yuv is like prepping for a mini war. He had sensory issues which also made him not liking anything on his skin. The touch of comb, scissor or razor makes him ich. He cries his lung out and it becomes very difficult for us to hold him tight. But with therapies, his condition has improved and now he is okay with scissors and comb but razors still create a problem. So how do we manage haircut every month? Babywearing has been the new parenting mantra and has been accepted widely. But still there are stigmas with babywearing associated only with mothers and they are the main babywearers.
